Hearts2Homes Design Studio was founded by Lynsey Sutton and Chamel Evans to use their gifts and talents to serve others and make a positive impact on the community. They are driven by their passion for design, real estate, and strategic renovations, and show up with love and compassion to transform homes' aesthetics and atmospheres into cohesive, modern, and comforting styles with personal touches while prioritizing practicality.
Their faith-based approach is grounded in a spirit of love and compassion. Their primary objective is to ensure that every client experiences joy, ease, and peace as they translate their vision into reality.
Hearts2Homes Design Studio takes pride in its “done with and for you” approach, providing support from concept development to the management of contractors, vendors, budget, and furnishing and decor design services.

Meet Lynsey Sutton
Lynsey was born and raised in Nashville TN. She knew from an early age that she had a passion for Real Estate and Design. In 2017, she took a leap of faith and decided to pursue her dream of Real Estate. She found much joy in helping families connect with their perfect homes!
In 2019 her faith would be tested with much adversity and opposition that hovered over her. It was her connection with Jesus Christ that changed it all and soared her to new heights that she never thought was possible. Lynsey loves encouraging others and has learned through her journey that anything is possible with faith. There is no trial or tribulation that can not be overcome. And in 2021, Keys2Potential was born, Real Estate and Design, all in one.
Lynsey has made it her life mission to impact those that cross her path by serving them with honest partnership and giving back to the community with positive impact for families in our local community. Lynsey finds great joy and passion in serving others and helping families unlock their full potential in homeownership. Keys2Potential is not just her mission but also her ministry to give back and serve those around her as a light to the community by spreading joy and hope to those in need.

Meet Chamel Evans
Chamel Evans is a Jesus lover, wife to her high school sweetheart of 17 years, mom of three amazing and athletic young men, fur momma to yorkie named Bear, and an encourager. In 2011, she took a step of faith and left her engineering career with the DoD to pursue full-time entrepreneurship and launched sheilluminates® Strategy + Design Studio. As a Faith-infused Brand Strategist and Designer, Chamel helps women and ministries operate in their callings, showcase their expertises/offerings, and grow and nurture their audiences through beautiful, strategic, and impactful online brands.
Chamel’s super power (of course all from God) is translating visions/goals into reality through strategic execution. She wasn’t shocked when God opened the opportunity for her to elevate her design and renovation skills through the partnership with Lynsey to fuse their shared talents and dreams.
It’s always about the WHY - the Kingdom Impact for Chamel and she’s blessed to use every opportunity in her home ministry, church, businesses, and community to serve others and shine light and truth. She stewards her gifts and calling with Excellence and Chamel is on the mission to illuminates hearts, homes, and futures!
